MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a modern discipline that brings together different martial arts techniques, incorporating both the use of punches, kicks and key techniques of combat disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Wing Chun, Wing Tsun, Jeet Kune Do, Taekwondo, Muay thai, Judo, Wrestling, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Jiu jitsu, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Kenpo, Hapkido, Capoeira, San Da, among others.

KICK BOXING

Kick-boxing is a contact sport of Japanese origin developed from the Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), which blends combat techniques with some boxing martial arts such as karate and Thai boxing.

CAPOEIRA

It is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines facets of dance, music and acrobatics. It is known for its rapid and complex movements as well as great agility especially in kicking and striking. Capoeira is a fighting style known for its fast movements and low sweeps. It is a sport dominated by stunts and demonstrations of skill, practiced with traditional berimbau music.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

It is a Brazilian martial art, combat sport and self defense system of Japanese origin, focused on the fight on the ground. Their techniques include throws, holds, joint dislocations, bottlenecks and sometimes submissions. This art promotes the concept that a small and light individual can defend themselves against a bigger and stronger opponent, through the use of this martial art.

CROSS-TRAINING

It is a training technique that binds different physical exercises intensively, without breaks. Only for the brave.

BOXING

A huge number of new participants in Boxing start this discipline for the health benefits derived from it. Considered one of the best exercises to gain strength and endurance, boxing is both for those who simply want to improve their fitness and burn fat as well as those who want to compete for real.
